The lamp is very versatile and the new nightlight feature is a perfect addition. The ability to control the brightness of the night light is nice, as you can use it as a 'location' marker without it being a distraction, yet it can be turned up to allow you to see clearly your phone or tablets without having to trun the full lamp on. The 10 light levels are achieved by a slide of your finger along a smooth touch sensitive control area. An added bonus is the selectable light 'Temperatures' giving you the option to selecta less harsh "amber" light which is ideal for my daughter who has sight issue which is agrovated by very 'white' light. This lamp has allowed her to read for longer and focus easier than with other lamps. Turning on and off is as simple as a touch of the blue circle conveniently located top and centre of the base plate. The 45 min 'Off Timer' is handy if that book turns out to not be the 'page turner' you expected, and fall asleep!.Further convenience comes with the charging port at the rear of the lamp base, making it not only a lamp but also a charging station for your phone, tablet or USB powered clock!. Great innovation.....great looks.....great facilities...... just a great lamp for the office desk, the bedroom side table... anywhere you need light and power!

This is the second one I bought as this is an amazing product. I had my first one for 1 year, no problem. I bought another one for me. Working from home these days, you really need a desk lamp and this one is slim, have so many light adjustment and also a USB charging port. I do not have enough place on my desk with a keyboard and 2 monitors, I put the desk lamp between the monitors and it blends in the space. I also need my phone charging. You can adjust the brightness and it helps that it has a night lamp too. You can even use it in the kids bedroom for the night. It can be adjusted anyhow you want as the lamp rotates around in various degrees. I prefer this one that the big desk lamp that are too big for the table and need extra power outlet. This lamp gives me what I need and once my son needs one, I will buy the same desk lamp. Even after 1 year, it is strong and do the job. Highly recommended.

I’ve bought a few of these type of desk lamps over the years and each generation seems to come with more and more features, which is no bad thing perhaps? This lamp features touch controls, stepless dimming, 45 minute to off timer, an adjustable lamp head, auxiliary USB charge port, 5 x colour range adjustment settings and a night light. The lamp itself seems well made and sufficiently weighty, made of a nice textured aluminium on the base and the lamp head is just a little larger than the norm and my previous desk lamps, which is a good thing. The only issue in use I’ve found is that connecting the power lead for the first time the on-off button was very reluctant to work and kept cutting out and was resolved by the power lead being re-inserted by turning the connecting c-head 180 degrees which then fitted better and there were no further issues. With these sort of type c leads there’s usually no issue irrespective of which way you insert them but seemingly that was not so in this instance unusually? The instructions do advise to plug the power cord into a 5v/2a USB adapter and using what I have I can’t say there’s been an issue but there’s perhaps a need to supply a suitable 3 pin USB adapter with the lamp rather than expect the customer to be able to supply or have access to a suitable adapter themselves, which may be an issue for some? With a power consumption of seemingly only 6 watts I’m sure this will be an economical lamp to use and is a good looking addition to my work desk which hopefully will continue to perform well in use and which I’m content to recommend at a reasonable £21.99 cost.

I like discrete night light functionality on the front which will lit up your desk, especially during dark winter months. It's a great & practical gift for the elderly parents or kids. Lamp is very sturdy and flexible, so you can adjust angle or distance depending on task. As it's LED, there is no flickering light. Shadow can be easily adjusted

I have had the lamp for a few days now and upon arrival I was very pleased with the way it looked on my computer desk. A bit futuristic and modern looking which I liked. I used it to replace my older lamp from the same company which never let me down , this new one looks a lot better and has more features as well. It has 5 different light modes and 10 levels of brightness which can be very useful for whatever situation you may need. A 45 minute timer , a foldable light arm and swivel base but usually I just keep to one position but handy if you may need it. As well as a USB charging port for when you want to charge your phone or something else. It is extremely easy to set up and use straight out of the box. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and at the price of around £20 it is very good value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that wants to buy a desk lamp or bedside lamp.

For the first 2 months, this was a pretty useful bedside light. Dimmable, with good colour temperature choices, and the additional USB plug meant I could charge the phone without taking up another socket. So far, so good. After about 2 months, I would notice the light 'flickering'. Never quite turning off, but it was just enough that it was noticeable, especially at night. It made concentrating on reading very difficult. More recently, the light has just started turning on and off on its own. I don't know if this has anything to do with the touch controls malfunctioning, but it makes the lamp essentially useless.
