I purchased three of these lamps and I am very pleased with their functionality. One power cut proved their worth and I had lighting to see around the house for the 2 hours the power was off. Love the adjustability especially when connected to the HUE Bridge and Siri. The Philips HUE brand is expensive so this has been marked down on value for money.

A very nice, neat and tidy solution for outdoor dining and the like. Works with Hue switches etc along with Alexa/Google too. Nice and bright for sundown suppers. Only negative is why is it so much? Phillip's Hue products still very pricey.

Looks really good. I have this in my hall way and set up automations. A lot easier then trying to find the light switch in the dark and having a very bright light. I also use it for mood lighting, dinner table or just sitting outside for some additional light. Just pick it up and take it with you. Lasts several hours which is plenty and once done put it back and it will charge up ready for tomorrow.

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent great little smart lamp, it is a very simple design but it still looks great and would fit in with most decors. I use mine by my bed and it’s so compact that it takes up little space on my bedside table. The lamp comes with an EU fitting on the plug but it’s just a case of pushing a button and sliding that one off and then sliding the UK 3 pin plug fitting on - it’s that easy. You operate the lamp from the single button which is on the top of the ‘shade’, pressing in repeatedly will take you to the type of white or coloured light that you want - there’s quite a selection. Downloading the Philips Hue App will give you access to so much more functionality, you can dim the lights, select far more colours, set up your waking up and going to sleep lighting effects, set timers etc - this list seems to be endless…… What is really clever is how you can move this lamp about, because it’s actually a rechargeable unit. The base has the sort of base that I normally associate with a cordless kettle - you just lift the lamp section off and take it to where ever you want to use it…..including outside. I’ve been very impressed with this lamp, I’m not normally into ‘gadgets’ - but this lamp has tempered my view of them. Highly recommended.

I have a bedroom with dark walls and purchased this lamp to add some ambience and brightness to the room. It compliments my room beautifully but I only wish that it could have been brighter so that I could see my books when reading. I love the variety of shades and the controllability options from the Philips Hue app which is very easy to set up (having ADHD - I know how frustrating it can be to fiddle around with these things but it really is very easy to set up). I would recommend this if you have bright walls but would advise you proceed with caution if you have darker walls.

Die Lampe ist zudem spritzwassergeschützt (IP54), sodass sie ohne Bedenken auch im Garten oder auf dem Balkon genutzt werden kann. Mit der Hue App kann ich die Farben und Lichtintensität flexibel steuern, und die Integration mit Alexa funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Hue Bridge ermöglicht es mir, die Lampe mit meinen anderen Hue-Leuchten zu synchronisieren und Szenen zu erstellen, was den Einsatz noch vielseitiger macht. Das einzige kleine Manko ist der Preis, aber die Qualität und Funktionen rechtfertigen ihn in meinen Augen.
